Welcome to the official BoricuaFest Vendor Registration page! We're excited to invite businesses, artisans, food vendors, and community organizations to be part of this vibrant celebration of Puerto Rican culture, music, food, and community in Elgin, Illinois.
Join us for an unforgettable event and showcase your brand to a diverse, family-friendly audience while supporting a growing cultural tradition.
Event Date: Saturday, August 1, 2026
Event Time: 12pm - 6pm
*Vendor ARRIVAL Time: 9am
**SETUP Completion Hard Stop: 11am
RULES:
• THE SALE OF POP, WATER OR ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED; YOUR CONTRACT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
• All food must be kept off the ground.
• You must use grease spill protection.
• All food vendors must be in compliance with the Public Health | City of Elgin, Illinois - Official Website regulations
• Food vendors must bring their own generators, water, canopy, table and chairs.
• All non-food vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, only 10x10 canopies, and generators (electrical outlets provided but you're responsible for bringing heavy duty extension cords if desired).
• Registration fees are not refundable.
• Application and fees must be received by July 17.
• Payment via online only (NO money orders, checks etc. will be accepted); NO CASH
• Must arrive by 9am and be fully set-up by 11am Event starts at noon.
• Food Vendors must have menus and prices clearly posted.
• No stakes allowed to hold tents in place. You must use sand bags/water drums etc.
NOTE: Space is limited!

Major Food Vendors - $500
Join BoricuaFest as featured food vendor and showcase your cuisine to a large, diverse festival crowd. Please note: this category is for food service only and does not include beverage sales of any kind.

Small Food/Beverage Vendors - $250
Best for tents and small-scale food and/or beverage vendors. (**No Alcohol, Pop, or Water)

Retail/ Merchandise Vendor - $150
Perfect for small businesses, artisans, and retailers looking to connect with the community. Promote and sell your products in a high-visibility, family-friendly festival environment.

Marketing/ Advertising Vendor - $100
Advertising/Marketing Vendors may share information, distribute promotional materials, offer consultations, collect leads, and engage with attendees to build brand awareness and community connections. Examples include realtors, insurance agencies, financial services, healthcare providers, internet/utility companies, gyms, home improvement businesses. etc.
*Vendors selling merchandise, handmade goods, or other physical products must register under the Retail/ Merchadise Vendor category.

Nonprofit Organizations - $75
Reserved for community-based an nonprofit organizations. Share your mission, resources, and services while engaging directly with attendees in a culturally rich setting.
